Minnie Belle (Waters) Robb Hesla (b. April 26, 1868; d. August 20, 1949) the daughter of Dr. S. B. Waters. Her first husband, Robb, died and left her with a son, Charles Robb, who later became Mayor of Prescott.

On March 12, 1892 Minnie married Olaf Andrew Hesla, an optometrist and jeweler in Ottumwa, Iowa, and they came to Arizona in 1898. Minnie was one of the founders of the Monday Club.
